【摘要】:Hydrogenatednitrilerubbersareavailableatdifferentlevelsofunsaturationanddifferentacrylonitrilecontent.Highlysaturatedgradesofferoptimumresistancetoaging,suchasexposuretoheat,ozone,andchemicals,andcanbeeffectivelycuredonlywithperoxidesorhighenergyradiation.Partiallyunsaturatedgradescanbecuredbysulfursystemsinadditiontoperoxidesandhighenergyradiation.Thistestmethodprovidesaninfraredtechniquetodeterminetheunsaturationlevelofhydrogenatednitrilerubbersintherawstate.Itcanbeusedforresearchanddevelopment,qualitycontrol,andrefereepurposes.1.1Thistestmethod,basedoninfraredexaminationofrubberfilmscastfromsolution,coversthepercentageofresidualunsaturation(doublebondsinunhydrogenatedbutadiene)inhydrogenatednitrilerubber.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletoallgradesofhydrogenatednitrilerubberintherawstate.1.3Thistestmethodassumesthatspecimensandinfraredspectraarepreparedandanalyzedbyexperiencedpersonnelandthattheequipmentisoperatedaccordingtothemanufacturer'sdirectionforoptimumperformance.Nodetailsforoperationofinfraredspectrophotometersareincludedinthistestmethod.1.4Sinceitiscustomaryininfraredspectrophotometrytousewavenumbers(cm-1)ratherthanHertz(Hz),theunitforfrequencyintheSIsystem,theformerisemployedthroughoutthistestmethod.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
