【摘要】:ThispartofISO9564specifiesthebasicprinciplesandtechniqueswhichprovidetheminimumsecuritymeasuresrequiredforeffectiveinternationalPINmanagement.ThesemeasuresareapplicabletothoseinstitutionsresponsibleforimplementingtechniquesforthemanagementandprotectionofPINs.ThispartofISO9564alsospecifiesPINprotectiontechniquesapplicabletofinancialtransaetion-card-originatedtransactionsinanonlineenvironmentandastandardmeansofinterchangingPINdata.ThesetechniquesareapplicabletothoseinstitutionsresponsibleforimplementingtechniquesforthemanagementandprotectionofthePINatAutomatedTellerMachines(ATM)andacquirersponsoredPoint-of-Sale(POS)terminals.TheprovisionsofthispartofISO9564arenotintendedtocover:a)PINmanagementandsecurityintheofflinePINenvironment,whichiscoveredinISO9564-3;b)PINmanagementandsecurityintheelectroniccommerceenvironments,whichistobecoveredinasubsequentpartofISO9564;c)theprotectionofthePINagainstlossorintentionalmisusebythecustomerorauthorizedemployeesoftheissuer;d)privacyofnon-PfNtransactiondata;e)protectionoftransactionmessagesagainstalterationorsubstitution,e.g.anauthorizationresponsetoaPINverification;f)protectionagainstreplayofthePINortransaction;g)specifickeymanagementtechniques.
