【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardimplementstheISOsystemfortechnicalproductspecification.TheISOsystemisdefinedinalargenumberofinterlinkedandrelatedstandardswhicharereferencedfromwithinthisstandard.ThepurposeofthisstandardistofacilitatetheuseoftheISOsystembyproviding:aunifyingidentityforthecollectionofa)ISOstandardswhichdefinetheISOsystemfortechnicalproductspecification;b)anindextothestandardswhichcomprisetheISOsystem,referencingthemaccordingtotheirareaofapplication;c)referencestoadditionalBritishandEuropeanStandardswheretheyprovideinformationorguidanceoverandabovethatprovidedbyISOstandards;andd)commentaryandrecommendationsontheapplicationofthestandardswherethisisdeemeduseful.TherequirementsrefertoInternationalandEuropeanStandardswhichhavebeenimplementedasBritishStandardseitherintheBSISO,BSEN,BSENISOseriesorasInternationalStandardsre-numberedasBritishStandards.AnnexAandAnnexBlistcross-referencedstandardsandotherdocuments,normativeandinformativerespectively,byprimaryreference.AnnexC(informative)givesguidanceontheexpressionofconceptualdesignintent.AnnexD(informative)providesguidanceonstandardsforcast,forgedandmouldedparts.AnnexE(normative)setsoutrequirementsforenhanceddocumentsecurity.AnnexF(informative)identifiesthemaindifferencesinapproachbetweentheprovisionsofthisstandardandthoseoftheAmericanSocietyofMechanicalEngineers(ASME)Y14.5:1994.AnnexG(informative)providesabriefhistoryofthedevelopmentofBSISO1101.AnnexH(informative)providesasummaryreportontheconceptsthathaveunderwrittenthedevelopmentoftechnicalproductspecification(TPS)anditsprimaryconstituent,geometricalproductspecification(GPS),todateanddiscussessomeofthedriversforfuturechange.
